The Jezzine Barracks/Kissing Point/Garrabarra re-development project is seeking expressions of interest from artists in the Townsville region who would like to know more about, or be considered for involvement in Aboriginal and Military public art and interpretive elements for the precinct being developed in 2012.
Artists must be living in Queensland.
There will be opportunities for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal:
- artists to interpret storytelling in 2D form
- sculptors, metalworkers and other installation artists
Please note : it is not necessarily a pre-requisite that you currently work in large scale, or in exteriors, as we may form partnerships to assist you deliver required formats.
