2013 Membership

2013 Membership

Welcome to Term 2, we hope you enjoyed your holidays.

As you would be aware, we have been working on a new method for processing membership forms and payment.  Our membership cycle runs on a calendar year, so upon payment of your 2013 fees, you will be registered with QATA until December 31, 2013.  To assist in this process we also welcome Tracey McDonald to our team, in the role of Accounts Manager. She will be contactable via our QATA email account: [email protected]

Prompt payment of these fees would be greatly appreciated.  As you know, the Queensland Art Teachers’ Association works to keep you as a teacher linked into the professional development opportunities available for Arts Educators.  We also provide an avenue for Art teachers to extend their own practice and bursaries to help tertiary students who have demonstrated excellence in their field of study: Art Education.  All this is made possible by your membership fees. This is your organisation and we appreciate your help to keep us strong and active!

Please click here to download or view the 2013 QATA membership form. We would prefer to receive the completed form via email, however mailing it to our PO Box address is also an acceptable option, although there may be a delay in processing it as we are not able to check our PO Box as often as we’d like.

If paying via EFT, please ensure that you either include your surname as the reference for individual memberships, or your school name as the reference for institutional memberships.

If you are having trouble viewing the membership form (or printing it), please make sure that you have the most update to date version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer (a free download compatible for PC or Mac)

Thank you for your patience during Term 1 this year as we worked to update and streamline our membership process.  We trust that you will find the new system efficient, and we welcome any feedback you may have.

We look forward to continuing to support Art Educators again in 2013.  Stay tuned to our web mail outs for information on upcoming PD and news regarding the rollout of ACARA The Arts.

Jess and Adam.
