28 Aug Supervising teachers needed for the 2012 Creative Generation Excellence Awards in Visual Art Workshop!
Expressions of interest are sought from teachers of senior visual arts to participate and supervise at the 2012 Creative Generation Excellence Awards in Visual Art student residential workshop being held during the first week of the September school holidays, Tuesday 25 – Friday 28 September in Brisbane.
The workshop is a valuable professional development opportunity which will allow teachers to network with practicing artists and university staff.
The Department will meet the cost of meals and accommodation during the residential workshop, however, you will need to cover your own travel costs.
Teachers will be required to stay at the accommodation venue and support and supervise students for the workshop duration.
The workshop will include gallery tours, workshops with professional artists, evening activities, discussions and a presentation ceremony.
Teachers are encouraged to email their expressions of interest to Odette Moore by Friday 31 August, 2012.
