QATACON 2022 Regional Teacher Bursary If you are

QATACON 2022 Regional Teacher Bursary

If you are attending the Queensland Art Teachers Association, Annual State Conference (July 14 – 16), and you are travelling 150 kilometres or more to Brisbane, you are eligible for our Regional Teacher Bursary.

One regional teacher will be awarded flights (if applicable), three nights’ accommodation and a conference ticket (if the recipient has already paid for their ticket, it will be reimbursed).

Collect or cut plastic loops to make sculptures informed by STEAM concepts such as hyperbolic geometry with artist Alison McDonald. Join us in Alison’s Townsville studio where we’ll explore innovative techniques for using upcycled materials to share with your students.

Open to all QATA financial members, we invite you to submit an artwork suitable for use across our conference program and marketing material, just like the examples of our previous programs you can see here. Entries must be a high-resolution digital file but can be created in any media. More T&C (and perks) soon.
