QATA has a growing number of members working in the primary sector across government, Catholic and Independant schools. Some are Visual Art primary specialists and others are classroom teachers who are passionate about the benefits of creativity. QATACON features sessions specifically for primary teachers as well as workshops and presentations that are suitable for all.

Kings College, Reedy Creek
Part 1 – a time for sharing ideas on units of work, resources, behaviour management and just the general running of an art studio and an art program.
Part 2 will be a fun hands-on experience lead by a local artist who has painted the props and sets of many of the Marvel movies. He is going to show us some fun ways to get students attention. This cluster is suited to Primary teachers who teach visual art. It should be both helpful and fun.
Parking is available inside the school. Please bring a smock or apron.
This is a free event for QATA members.
The links above will open Google Forms. These may not be accessible in all schools so you may need to open them at home. Alternatively contact us about your ideas and we can help you get started.
