17 Nov QATA AGM Minutes
Dear QATA members,
Our Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 10th November at Cannon Hill Anglican College.
Thank you too all of those who attended.

As a result of this meeting, the 2017 Executive Committee were finalised –
Jo-Anne Hine – accepted the nomination to continue as President.
Katy Ward – accepted the nomination to continue as Vice-president
Vicki Williams – accepted the nomination to continue as Secretary
Angela Brown – accepted the nomination to continue as Treasurer
Jacinta Lisec has offered to assist with communications, including website support.
We have also this year, had a large number of offers to assist in sub-committees including involvement in the State Conference, 2017, Regional representation (from Townsville, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast) and advocacy support. We will be working on a strategic plan to assist in building and strengthening the growing association based on this support and will be in touch with these people soon.

QATA as an association is only as strong as it’s members. We are a volunteer organisation who we can proudly say has grown in significant ways, purely on the good will of Queensland Art teachers!
