13 Sep QATA Monthly Meeting Minutes September 12
Good morning all
Thank you for those who attended yesterday’s meeting despite the hectic time of year, with verification looming. Thank you also to our special guests Amy Jasper and Angela Crossland from Partnership Brokers. The Bright Schools project sounds like a fantastic, innovative project and a big win for Arts Education, especially during a time where the Arts are facing budget cuts across the sector. For more information on what Partnership Brokers can do for your school, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Amy on amy.jasper@the smithfamily.com.au
Please find attached a copy of the minutes below. Remember, you only have until September 23 to submit your feedback on the draft National Curriculum, (http://www.acara.edu.au/arts.html) and I also encourage you all to start thinking about what you will submit for the Art Teacher’s Art exhibition next month!
Happy holidays when you get there, and see you all next term at our October meeting at Coorparoo Secondary College on Wednesday, October 17.
Regards,
Jess.
