‘Write about Art’ is a critical visual and media arts writing development program for senior Queensland state and non-state high schools students. 25 students will have a unique opportunity to work with established industry mentors to hone their writing skills and produce high quality work for publication.
Initial mentoring will take place in a (fully funded) one day workshop in Brisbane followed up over six weeks by online and email communications with mentors. The resulting written work will be published in a full colour anthology by Eyeline Magazine, a leading visual arts journal. Students from regional and remote schools are encouraged to apply.
